Fritz Boost

Fritz P. Boost, born November 25, 1922 - May 1, 2009 Fritz passed away after a short battle with leukemia. He was 86. Born and raised in Bitterfeld, Germany, he was preceded in death by his father, Otto, who was killed in 1945 at the Buchenwald Concentration Camp; his mother, Hedwig, in 1974; and brother, Gerhard in 1982. During WWII, he flew transport planes including the ME323 and the JU52, mostly ferrying back the dead and wounded.
