We are a group of people fascinated by the history of the Luftwaffe and the undeniable influence of this formation on the development of aviation technology and break out of stereotypes futuristic thinking about aviation. Fritz P. Boost, born November 25, 1922 - May 1, 2009 Fritz passed away after a short battle with leukemia. He was 86. Born and raised in Bitterfeld, Germany, he was preceded in death by his father, Otto, who was killed in 1945 at the Buchenwald Concentration Camp; his mother, Hedwig, in 1974; and brother, Gerhard in 1982. During WWII, he flew transport planes including the ME323 and the JU52, mostly ferrying back the dead and wounded.
